This website presents a Black Fleet City Partnership opportunity, not a passenger booking service or an offer of an immediately available transport operation. Applications are assessed individually. One partner may be selected for an approved city, subject to agreed territorial terms, capacity and suitability. Submitting an application creates no contract, payment obligation or territory reservation. Scope, fees, delivery dates and service responsibilities are agreed in a separate signed contract. Local operators remain responsible for their licences, insurance and transport operations. No income or booking volume is guaranteed. Do not misuse the forms or attempt unauthorised access. Content and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
